Virginie Audet, president

Virginie worked for fifteen years in the pharmaceutical industry. She has distinguished herself through sound leadership, her sense of innovation and management capacity. She has developed an extensive expertise in sales, branding, marketing and management.

Quickly identifying the complexities and challenges of strategic and operational businesses and associations, she has led educational and multidisciplinary marketing projects across Canada.  Moreover, she has received several awards for her leadership and innovative strategies.

Contact with people is one of  Virginie’s core values. Her passion: helping individuals and enterprises define exactly who they are and ” to find that little extra something that makes them unique and stand out from the crowd”. Ever within the framework of positioning and brand identity, she facilitated focus groups with assist clients in identifying their specific needs, issues and challenges, allowing them to make informed decisions. Virginie has assisted multinationals, SMEs, associations and professionals (attorneys, accountants, financiers, actuaries, etc.) create and develop their brand identity.

Virginie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology as well as an MBA. The Université du Québec à Montréal awarded her a scholarship to complete her Masters degree at the Université de Paris Dauphine IX.

Certified PCC Business Coach with more than 850 hours of practice , she is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). She is also a trainer accredited by Emploi Québec  (1% law on training) in addition to being accredited by several professional associations.
